MEXC automation

MEXC Trading Bot, Without the Code

Build a strategy from menus, give it a budget, test it on paper, then let it trade spot or futures on your own MEXC account.

MEXC is popular for its low trading fees and fast new listings, which suits strategies that trade often. Lower fees leave more of a small edge intact when an automation runs dozens of trades a week.

TradeFIQ connects to MEXC spot and MEXC futures. Your automation sizes each trade from its own budget, and stops itself if that budget is ever used up.

What you can automate on MEXC

  • Spot or futures. Each MEXC connection trades one market; add both if you use both.
  • Indicator strategies without code. RSI, MACD, moving average crossovers, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic, ADX, Supertrend, Ichimoku, Smart Money Concepts, candlestick patterns and more, combined with rules like "crosses above" or "is below".
  • Your schedule. Every 15 minutes, hourly, daily at 9am or once a week, in your own timezone.
  • Risk rules on every trade. Stop-loss, take-profit and trailing stops, set once in a risk profile and reused.
  • A hard budget. Give an automation $200 of a $5,000 balance and it trades with $200. That's the most it can lose.

How to connect MEXC to TradeFIQ

  1. On MEXC, go to Profile → API Management → Create API key.
  2. Give the key trading permission for the market you want (spot or futures). Leave withdrawals off.
  3. In TradeFIQ, open Settings → Exchanges → Add exchange, choose MEXC, pick spot or futures and paste the key and secret.
  4. TradeFIQ checks the key with MEXC straight away, so a typo shows up now rather than at your first trade.

MEXC tips for automated trading

  • Create a key with trading permission for spot or futures. Don't enable withdrawals.
  • MEXC lets you bind a key to IP addresses. Optional, but recommended.
  • Low fees make shorter timeframes more viable, but only a backtest on your actual pair will tell you whether they're worth it.

Why automate MEXC with TradeFIQ

Most bots on MEXC get one setting wrong in the same way: they can see the whole balance. TradeFIQ gives every automation its own capital budget, sizes trades from it, and closes a position before it can lose more than the budget allows. If the budget runs out, the automation stops and tells you why.

Changed your mind about a stop-loss while a trade is open? Edit the running trade's rules without closing the position. Not sure a strategy works yet? Run it with paper money on live prices or backtest it first, then switch the same automation to live.

Trading on more than one exchange? The same strategies work on all 9 we support, including Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin and more. See all supported exchanges.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to connect MEXC to a trading bot?

TradeFIQ only needs an API key with trading permission. Never enable withdrawals: without that permission, no one using the key can move funds off your MEXC account. Your API secret is encrypted at rest, and you can delete the key on MEXC at any time to cut access instantly.

Can I trade futures on MEXC with TradeFIQ?

Yes. Each MEXC connection is either spot or futures (perpetual swaps). Add one of each if you want both, and pick which one an automation trades on.

Do I need to code to build a MEXC trading bot?

No. Strategies are built from menus: pick indicators, set entry and exit rules, choose stop-loss and take-profit, and set a schedule. No scripts, no Pine, no Python.

Can I test a MEXC strategy without risking money?

Yes. Paper trading runs the same automation on live market prices with paper money, and backtesting replays it on historical data. Switch to live with one tap when you trust it.

How much of my MEXC balance will the bot use?

Only what you give it. Every automation has its own capital budget, sizes each trade from it, and is stopped if it's ever used up. The rest of your MEXC balance is never touched.
